I ran this question by some people on the Polish genealogy list.  I also 
forwarded the scan you provided.  The consensus is that what you extracted 
as Ucu is in fact Wsi as you have interpreted it and that you have the 
correct village name noted.  However, I have been unable to find such a 
village in the vicinity of Unijow where one would expect the witness to be 
from.

You have a mystery here that may be very difficult to solve.
