Tekla is a known given name.

Can't help with the surname.

Would Zolcino be close enough for you?  It is located N of Szczecin / 
Stettin, very close to the Baltic Sea, just below the water inlet named 
Zalew Wrzosowski and about 2 km N of Kamien Pomorski.
