It seems that the Lutheran Secymin birth records for the years 1857-1880
and 1940-1943 are being kept at Grodzisk Mazowiecki.  As you will see,
you can email them at: apw.grodzisk at interia.pl

How do I obtain a birth record from the archives? My grand father
WILHELM MUELLER (German spelling would be with an umlaut on the U
instead UE) was born in Russian Poland on 28 April 1880. His parents
were Johann Mueller and Marianna Roks. They were ethnic Germans and
practiced the Lutheran religion. His immigration record, 1901, to the
USA says his last residence was TULOWICE near Warsaw. As his records
show that he was from Russian Poland it cannot be the Tulowice near
Opole. Other records indicate he had relatives in nearby village
Kromnow. I have viewed records for Secymin parish 1881-1890 held by the
Mormon Church. There are 2 Muellers in these records. Each have the
same parents as Wilhelm. The town was Kromnow. These records are from
1882 and 1886. I would expect to find his birth record in your archives
listed below.
