Ellen,

The availability of records for those years depends on the regions / 
parishes that you need.  Most of Volhynia does not have data for 
those years except for what may still be contained in the St. 
Petersburg Archives.  Those records are difficult, if not impossible, 
to access.

A full list of readily available records can be found on our website 
at 
http://www.sggee.org/church_parishes/LutheransInVolhyniaKievPodolia 
but you will have to know which parish your people lived in to 
determine if it is helpful or not.
