[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Hints for Roll Call message

If you plan to add to Dick Stein's suggestion for a roll call, please comply with the following.

1.  DO NOT hit reply all and add your info.  This will jumble your names together with someone else's and will be confusing to anyone who reads the archive.

2.  Similarly, DO NOT reply to an archived roll call message for the same reason.

3.  DO NOT just list a bunch of surnames.  No one will care or respond if you just list Schmidt in your ancestry.  They will be more likely to respond with a listing such as "Schmidt - in Xyzowka".

3.  DO create a new message for submitting your roll call.

4.  DO include place names as noted above.

5.  DO use a subject line in the form of, "Roll Call:  NameA, NameB, NameC" and only listing some of your key names in the subject line.

6.  DO use Dick's posting as an example of a good format to follow.
