Rita: A quick check of the index to Heike's Aufbau und Entwicklung der
Lodzer Textilindustrie and a check of list of Fabriken and Werkstaetten in
Lodz for 1865, does not show a Reinbaum; there was though, an Israel Juda
Apelbaum listed under Baumwoll-u. Wollwaren.

Apparently the Reinbaums orginally were from Lodz where they had a cloth 
factory.  They were Jewish. Stories say that Russians set fire and burned
the 
factory down.
