Hi I am looking for help to locate a birth and marriage certificate for my grandmother Emillia Lutzer She was born on the 17 February 1903 in the Rozyszce Parish. Her Parents were Johann and Karolina Lutzer nee kisser. She married a Jakup Krupa aprox July 1924 Rozyszce Parish. Her religion was Lutheran. Thanks Liz
