Hi to all of you on the list I have a question.. a cousin of mine would like to travel to Rowno-Ukraine to visit the Archives, people have been telling her not to go that it is not safe. Can someone please help me with info for traveling to Rowno. Thank You and appreciate your help..... Eveline
